Such a great class! As a competitive BBQ Pitmaster I am always looking to elevate my dishes. I wished the book to include more contents. It is quite easy to get some information to make a ordinary burger online free, so anyone who have purchased your book probably expected some unique burger recipes from you. For example, you posted burgers with bacons, or lots of cheese on top, and I think most people would probably expected these. What I thought it was good is how you combined different cuts into the meat patty, and that's one of the uniqueness that I was looking for. I know that you have a website that shares some of the recipes, and I know how to cook onions, or bacons, and add extra stuffs, but I hope I could have accessed some more via the book I have purchased.
The files are in tbe wrong format and very very heavy. Not easy to navigate for a phone user or user friendly. Used up the memory in my phone just from the 1st file downloaded.
