This Digital Delivery Policy explains how KLBURGERS delivers ebooks and other digital products to customers after purchase.

DELIVERY METHOD

All our products are digital items delivered electronically. No physical items will be shipped to you.

DELIVERY PROCESS

  1. Immediate Access: Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download your purchased ebook.

  2. Order Confirmation: An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. This email will include:

    - Order details
    - Download instructions
    - Download link(s)
    - Any access codes or passwords, if applicable

  3. Download Format: Our ebooks and course content are provided in PDF document and MOV video format. Contact us if you need the content in other compatible format.

DOWNLOAD AVAILABILITY

  • Download links are available immediately after purchase.
  • Your download link will remain active for 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • We recommend downloading and saving your ebook and course content promptly to avoid access issues.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

To access and use our ebooks and course content, you will need:

LOST OR DAMAGED FILES

If your file is lost or accidentally deleted:

  • Within 30 days of purchase: Contact us for a free replacement download link
  • After 30 days: A small administrative fee may apply for replacement access

UPDATES AND REVISIONS

  • Minor updates (e.g., typo fixes, formatting improvements) will be sent to all previous buyers free of charge
  • Major updates (e.g., new content, edition changes) may require a new purchase or upgrade fee
